The General Manager role at Fazoli's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall success and daily operations of a Fazoli's restaurant. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, and includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a quarterly bonus program, a referral program, paid time off, and commuter allowance. The General Manager acts as the face of the restaurant, leading and developing the team, managing financial objectives, and ensuring that operational standards meet Fazoli's high quality and customer service benchmarks.

As the General Manager, you will attract, interview, select, and onboard restaurant team members, build succession planning and bench strength through internal development processes, and manage performance to align with the organization's operational and financial goals. You will play an integral role in building professional business relationships within the community to increase brand awareness and drive business growth both in-house and through off-premises sales. Your leadership will maximize profitability by enforcing efficient management practices, policies, and controls, minimizing waste and loss, and ensuring a safe, secure environment for guests and team members.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively engage with diverse audiences including team members, customers, and community partners. You are a self-driven professional with a comprehensive understanding of business and financial principles like budgeting, profit and loss, revenue generation, and cost control. Entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature, and contagious enthusiasm are critical to driving team performance and achieving desired results. A minimum of three years of General Manager experience is required, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting. The role requires flexibility to work all restaurant operating hours, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Job Qualifications
