  • Minimum two years Hotel Manager or five years Executive Committee member experience
  • Proven experience in hotel operations focusing on rooms management
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with ownership groups
  • Strong financial management and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership in people management and engagement
  • Experience with labor relations and union partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years Hotel Manager or five years Executive Committee member experience at a similar-sized or larger hotel
  • Proven experience in hotel operations with strong focus on rooms management
