- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in a high-volume QSR environment, preferably in a chicken restaurant concept
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing team
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Analyze operational reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
