We are currently seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join our team and take on a leadership role that is critical to the restaurant's continued growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished restaurant professional who thrives in managing high-volume, full-service operations and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering outstanding hospitality. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, including both the front of house and back of house teams. This role involves direct hands-on leadership, where you will set clear expectations, lead by example, and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship. Managing financial performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, which includes controlling labor and food costs, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth while safeguarding margins.
In addition, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service, promptly addressing any guest concerns, and nurturing loyalty through community engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a General Manager role within a full-service restaurant and will have demonstrated success managing operations with annual sales over $3 million. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and restaurant management software.
Compensation for this role ranges between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, based on experience, and includes a lucrative monthly performance-based bonus program with transparent metrics.
