Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- meaningful service industry or hospitality experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- budget management experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to understand and implement contract terms
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- willingness to use personal protective equipment and wear uniforms if required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- ability to focus on client and customer services and business growth
- excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and senior management
- experience interpreting and implementing contractual requirements
- meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- proven leadership experience managing through other managers
- experience managing budgets, financial controls, and analysis
- experience developing product sales strategies and operational initiatives
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on management
- manage client and community relationships to optimize service and satisfaction
- build and lead a management team to achieve organizational goals
- recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth
- manage budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain records
- uphold Aramark safety standards and Business Conduct Policy
- lead hospitality delivery to meet Extraordinary Hospitality Standards
