Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in casino management
- Proven success managing complex operations with full profit and loss accountability
- Strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and capital planning
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance
- Ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop future leaders
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino management including senior-level or property-wide responsibility
- Demonstrated success managing complex operations with full P&L accountability
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and capital planning
- Deep understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and operational best practices
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop future leaders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications
Job Duties
- Provide direction in the operation of gaming, racing, and non-gaming departments
- Establish and administer procedures about profitability, safety, employee relations, guest relations, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and security
- Direct, guide, counsel, and instruct day-to-day operations through assigned department leaders
- Develop and maintain employee culture, professional development, morale, and engagement
- Stay aware of competitive operations and recommend appropriate marketing actions
- Monitor financial performance of all areas against planned performance and take corrective actions
- Maintain updated knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
- Ensure all departments are staffed with skilled and apt team members
