Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekend hours
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling and squatting
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Willingness to work in environments with temperature variability such as coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- AA degree, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence
- In-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts
- Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- Ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinates
- Personal familiarity with daily store operations from opening to closing
- Experience managing high-volume stores with supervision of ten or more employees
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
- Maintain high personal sales level and drive store results through others
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
- Drive customer service by coaching and modelling the desired behaviors
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Monitor and meet the performance standard including 85°C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure
- Ensure all store associates are cross-trained in all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
