This role offers a salaried, exempt position that reports directly to the Area Manager and is essential for driving the store’s overall success, including sales growth, profitability, team development, and guest satisfaction.

As a General Manager at 85°C Bakery Cafe, you will be entrusted with full ownership of your store's performance. Your leadership will influence every aspect of the store's operations, demanding a perfect balance of business acumen and people management skills. You'll be responsible for building a strong, cohesive management team and staff capable of upholding the company’s high standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. Managing the store’s financial health, including profit and loss oversight, labor cost control, and scheduling, will be a critical part of your daily responsibilities. Serving as the primary liaison between your store and the corporate team, you will ensure seamless communication and implementation of corporate initiatives at the store level.
