We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to take a leadership role in one of our fast-paced, high-volume locations. The General Manager will be a key figure in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily service, operational efficiency, and a consistently exceptional guest experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonus incentives. Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business management
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a $5M+ full-service restaurant with a full bar
- Proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure during peak service periods
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a $5M+ full-service restaurant with a full bar
- Proven track record of leading high-volume restaurant operations
- Background in upscale dining preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team culture
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and a consistently exceptional guest experience
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members across all shifts, fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive, service-driven culture
- Maintain a visible floor presence during service, engaging with guests, supporting the team, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience
- Ensure all team members uphold brand standards, service expectations, and established standard operating procedures
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally, resolving issues in a way that protects the guest relationship and encourages repeat business
- Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence, including staffing, scheduling, shift execution, labor management, and overall restaurant performance
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations, ensuring the restaurant meets or exceeds all required standards
- Support ongoing staff development by providing feedback, reinforcing best practices, and helping create a respectful, motivated, and high-performing team environment
