We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to take a leadership role in one of our fast-paced, high-volume locations. The General Manager will be a key figure in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily service, operational efficiency, and a consistently exceptional guest experience. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, drive growth, and maintain the highest standards in hospitality.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, coaching, and motivating team members across all shifts, building a service-oriented culture that fosters accountability and teamwork. You will maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging directly with guests and staff, identifying opportunities to improve service quality. Your leadership will ensure adherence to brand standards, service expectations, and all standard operating procedures. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonus incentives.
