Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum five years as General Manager in upscale or high volume polished casual setting
  • proven track record of financial target management for three years
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ability to work in person at restaurant location
  • flexibility to manage shift schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of General Manager experience in upscale or high volume polished casual environment
  • proven ability to manage financial targets including profit and loss and labor costs
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of New American cuisine and craft cocktail trends
  • experience in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment and lead under pressure

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of an upscale bar and grill ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • recruit mentor and inspire a front-of-house team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • partner with culinary team to showcase New American menu and craft cocktail program
  • manage profit and loss labor costs and inventory effectively
  • identify opportunities to increase local engagement and repeat patronage
  • maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • implement strategies for operational efficiency and staff development
