Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- experience with Mexican cuisine preferred
- strong financial acumen and experience managing profit and loss
- excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- deep understanding of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- ability to handle fast-paced, high-energy work settings
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficient in operational management and cost control strategies
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong financial results
- exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices
- passion for food, beverage, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
- bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the management team and hourly staff
- uphold and promote the Milkshake Concepts and VIDORRA brand standards
- foster a vibrant, guest-first, and inclusive culture
- oversee all daily operations including FOH and BOH
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- maintain facility cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance
- drive restaurant sales and profitability
- manage profit and loss, labor costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators
- implement cost-control strategies and drive revenue-generating initiatives
- maintain exceptional service standards and address guest concerns promptly
- cultivate a hospitality-driven environment that drives repeat business
- hire, train, schedule, and retain top talent
- conduct regular performance reviews and development plans
- lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering internal growth
