The company is currently seeking a Full-Time General Manager to lead operations at a stunning corporate gym located in Downtown San Francisco. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about wellness and has a proven ability to manage fitness center operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The General Manager position involves overseeing all aspects of gym operations including member engagement, wellness program development, personal training, group fitness, and overall membership growth. This role requires strategic planning to create and implement innovative fitness initiatives and outreach strategies tailored specifically for the corporate environment. As part of the responsibilities, the General Manager will collaborate closely with both the client’s team and Kinema Fitness staff to execute a unified vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s premium service standards.

In this capacity, the General Manager is expected to foster an outstanding culture of customer service that meets the diverse needs of gym members, ensuring an energizing and welcoming environment. The role includes managing and developing a strong personal training program, designing new fitness initiatives to maintain high levels of member participation, and supervising staff to uphold quality standards. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed reports related to member participation, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Networking with on-site vendors and integrating the fitness center with the larger corporate facility ecosystem is also a key component of this position.
