Job Requirements

- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties

- Own all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service and perfect flavor every time they visit
- Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
- Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and find smart ways to maximize profitability
- Problem-solve on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and turn challenges into opportunities
