Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk, listen, and have good vision including peripheral and depth perception
  • able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as needed
  • comply with all company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage a diverse team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
  • ability to handle cash and inventory control
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • customer service oriented
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manages a staff of assistant managers and 3-15 employees depending on location
  • assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • provides on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss from waste or theft
  • assists in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • forecasts food items per shift to maintain efficient inventory
  • supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • assists team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
  • ensures every customer receives world-class service
  • completes daily food preparations including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • executes systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
  • completes daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately
  • controls inventory using weekly systems and maintains order schedules
  • conducts weekly manager meetings
  • audits systems, procedures, and paperwork
  • completes preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
  • manages cash drawers and deposits per procedure
  • performs other related duties as required
