Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as required
  • Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms for reaching and handling
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a moderate noise environment
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • Knowledge of inventory control and food safety practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with cash handling and financial procedures

Job Duties

  • Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and 3-15 employees depending on location
  • Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • Provides on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize loss
  • Assists in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Forecasts food consumption per shift
  • Supervises food preparation and service operations during shifts
  • Assists team during rush periods to ensure efficiency
  • Greets customers, takes orders, processes payments, assembles orders, and ensures accuracy
  • Ensures world-class customer service
  • Completes daily food preparations including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity
  • Completes required paperwork accurately
  • Controls inventory with weekly systems and maintains ordering schedules
  • Conducts weekly manager meetings
  • Audits systems, procedures, and end-of-shift paperwork
  • Completes preventative maintenance on equipment and supplies
  • Manages cash drawer, deposits, and change orders per procedures
  • Performs other related duties as required
