Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates
  • physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, crouch, and kneel
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
  • ability to see and hear clearly
  • willingness to perform tasks that require physical activity and occasional exposure to mechanical parts
  • ability to work in a moderate noise environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in food service management or similar leadership role

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of assistant managers and 3-15 employees depending on location
  • assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • provide on-the-job training and coaching for new employees
  • delegate ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
  • assist in food preparation, sales, and service
  • forecast food consumption per shift
  • supervise food preparation and service operations
  • assist team members during rush periods
  • greet customers, take orders, use cash register, assemble orders, check for accuracy
  • ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
  • complete daily food preparations including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • execute systems and procedures with integrity
  • complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork
  • control inventory and maintain ordering schedules
  • conduct weekly manager meetings
  • audit systems and end-of-shift paperwork
  • complete preventative maintenance on equipment
  • handle cash drawers, manage deposits and changes per procedure
  • perform other related duties as required
