Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as needed
- physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and see clearly
- occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally

- Proven experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of food preparation and safety standards

- ability to manage inventory and control costs
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction

Job Duties
- Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees
- assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
- manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
- delegate and handle ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of supplies
- supervise food preparation and service operations
