Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as needed
  • physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and see clearly
  • occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • basic math skills including addition and subtraction
  • ability to use cash registers and handle cash deposits
  • capacity to work under physical demands

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees
  • assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • delegate and handle ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of supplies
  • supervise food preparation and service operations
  • assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
