Job Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant industry experience
- Experience managing teams of ten or more employees
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to embodying company values in daily operations

- Proven experience managing teams of ten or more in fast-paced environments
- Strong skills in training, team development, and coaching with empathy and clarity
- Passion for building positive team culture and driving excellent guest experiences
- Ability to balance operational management with people leadership
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities management
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
- Set clear expectations and provide consistent coaching to build a supportive, team-oriented culture
- Deliver exceptional hospitality focused on curiosity and care to enhance guest and team experiences
- Use data and insights to optimize sales, labor, and guest satisfaction
- Navigate challenges with clarity and compassion, celebrating successes and fostering growth
- Strengthen community relationships and represent Salt & Straw in a positive and generous manner
