Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant or similar operation
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Customer service orientation
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
