The Denny's location is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to serve as the General Manager. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring seamless service, adherence to brand standards, and financial profitability. Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
food safety manager certification required
ability to work 45-55 hours per week
strong organizational skills with excellent communication skills
ability to communicate effectively in English
basic math skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

proactively handles employee relations issues and deviations from brand standards
develops and executes the local store marketing plan
monitors proper security procedures
enforces sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness

maintains compliance with employment policies and brand standards
follows management cash handling, inventory and operational procedures
completes all other assigned tasks
