As Yardstick continues its ambitious growth with the upcoming opening of a new location in Preston Valley, the company is seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead operations at this newest site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about building cohesive, high-performing teams. The General Manager will play an essential role in the establishment’s day-to-day success and its broader growth initiatives, helping to shape the culture and operational standards which align with Yardstick’s unique approach to hospitality for pets and their humans. This is a full-time leadership position with a target annual compensation of approximately $65,000, including performance-based bonus incentives, reflecting the value placed on impactful leadership and operational excellence.

The General Manager at Yardstick Preston Valley will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a diverse team of about 12 full- and part-time employees. There is a strong emphasis on cultivating a team culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and exceptional care, ensuring every guest enjoys a consistently outstanding experience.
