The General Manager role at CRISP & GREEN is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The General Manager acts as the face of the brand and serves as a key mentor and motivator for the #CRISPCrew team. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to inspire and lead both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to consistently exceed company standards and guest expectations. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and will work diligently to create an environment where team members can learn, grow, and thrive. By focusing on operational excellence, customer service, and employee development, the General Manager plays a crucial role in driving the restaurant's success and ensuring an excellent guest experience every time. This full-time position expects a flexible schedule with availability to work at least 50 hours per week, including standing for extended periods in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Job Requirements

3 years previous management or supervisory experience
5 years customer service experience
passion for living a healthy life
able to lift 50lbs
able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
full-time availability with a flexible schedule
able to work at least 50 hours per week
management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
reliable transportation preferred

manage day to day operations of the restaurant
