Their mission is grounded in creating environments where people can thrive by fostering connection, wellness, and a sense of belonging. Arch partners with owners, operators, and developers to design and operate these spaces with a focus on hospitality-driven experiences infused with wellness and lifestyle services. The company prides itself on offering unique, wellness-oriented hospitality opportunities that contribute meaningfully to people’s daily lives and build strong community engagement.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial General Manager for The Breakroom, a premier office amenity and bar situated in the bustling Market Street corridor of San Francisco. This role goes beyond traditional office amenities by redefining workplace hospitality and social experience within a Class A office environment. The General Manager will have comprehensive ownership of operations, financial results, team leadership, and guest experience, requiring a mix of expertise in hospitality, commercial real estate operations, community engagement, and corporate fitness service areas.

The General Manager position at The Breakroom is exempt and reports directly to the Regional Director. Key responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage programs, including bar and cafe operations, managing hospitality standards with a sharp focus on guest experience, curating programming and activations to bring the space to life, leading all sports and fitness amenities and operations, and managing event and meeting bookings for corporate clients. Leadership qualities such as building and maintaining a high-performing team culture, fostering innovation, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment are central to success in this role. The General Manager will also own financial oversight including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to enhance profitability.

This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and operational skills to execute in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in beverage program development, vendor partnership, compliance with regulations, event management, and team development. Arch Amenities Group provides an inclusive work culture committed to diversity, equity, and reasonable accommodations, ensuring all employees thrive. Join Arch to contribute to shaping the future of amenity experiences by creating spaces where people truly thrive, connect, and belong.
