Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- solid understanding of financial management and operational best practices
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
