Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of progressive hotel management experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-department hotel operations
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Knowledge of brand standards and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of hotel leadership experience, AGM or GM preferred
  • Experience with Marriott brand preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives for improvement
