Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven experience managing multi-department hotel operations
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Knowledge of brand standards and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of hotel leadership experience, AGM or GM preferred
- Experience with Marriott brand preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives for improvement
