Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Minimum five years of progressive hotel management experience
Proven experience managing multi-department hotel operations
Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire teams
Knowledge of brand standards and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

Five plus years of hotel leadership experience, AGM or GM preferred
Experience with Marriott brand preferred
Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Job Duties

Lead and oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
