Job Requirements
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work full time in a management capacity
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years’ experience in relevant professional areas
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years’ experience
- Proven leadership and management skills in hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage general property performance including all operational departments
- Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality and profitability
- Develop and sustain sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct human resources activities including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Monitor and manage property profitability including labor and controllable costs
- Implement capital improvement projects and maintain brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and property stakeholders
