Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to work full time in a management capacity

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years’ experience in relevant professional areas
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years’ experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills in hospitality operations
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage general property performance including all operational departments
  • Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality and profitability
  • Develop and sustain sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct human resources activities including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and manage property profitability including labor and controllable costs
  • Implement capital improvement projects and maintain brand standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and property stakeholders
