Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Proven management experience leading teams
  • Financial management skills including budget creation and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment when required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management highly preferred
  • Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability leading through other managers
  • Experience creating and managing department budgets and financial controls
  • Skilled in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable interpreting and implementing contract terms and conditions

Job Duties

  • Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services
  • Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations and developing plans to optimize service
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team capable of executing organizational objectives
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation strategies for service improvement and growth
  • Partner with finance to manage budgets and enhance financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain records and reports
  • Enforce safety standards and business conduct policies at all times
