Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Property industry experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting or related professional area
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
