Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Property industry experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- Minimum 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting or related professional area
- General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Develop business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Execute business plans and hold leadership accountable for results
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue-generating strategies
- Lead talent management and create development plans for employees
- Analyze business data to inform decision-making and improve performance
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders
