Job Requirements
- Strong culinary background with experience in corporate dining or catering
- proven ability to manage operations and budgets
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- passion for delivering exceptional food and service
- must have a valid driver's license
- must be a US citizen or have a green card
- must pass background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years functional experience in corporate dining or catering
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- passion for delivering exceptional food and service
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of culinary operations including menu planning ordering inventory and catering production
- manage the client relationship ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership
- oversee financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- supervise and develop a small team of 6 union hourly employees
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- foster a culture of innovation hospitality and teamwork
