Job Requirements

  • Strong culinary background with experience in corporate dining or catering
  • proven ability to manage operations and budgets
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for delivering exceptional food and service
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • must be a US citizen or have a green card
  • must pass background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years functional experience in corporate dining or catering
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for delivering exceptional food and service

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of culinary operations including menu planning ordering inventory and catering production
  • manage the client relationship ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • supervise and develop a small team of 6 union hourly employees
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • foster a culture of innovation hospitality and teamwork
