Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong financial acumen including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • self-motivated with accountability
  • computer proficiency and familiarity with restaurant technology
  • valid driver's license
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • associate's degree or related education preferred
  • bilingual ability is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
  • proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • strong financial and business acumen, including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility
  • excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • comfortable using computers and restaurant technology
  • valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
