Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong financial acumen including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- self-motivated with accountability
- computer proficiency and familiarity with restaurant technology
- valid driver's license
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- associate's degree or related education preferred
- bilingual ability is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- strong financial and business acumen, including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility
- excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability
- comfortable using computers and restaurant technology
- valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
