Job Requirements
- Three to five years management experience in the restaurant industry
- Indian cuisine experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and food safety regulations
- Proficiency with computer and POS systems including Word and Excel
- Ability to perform all service position duties
- Ability to work 55-60 hours per week if required
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Respect for diversity and community
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Must multitask according to business needs
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Able to lift and carry heavy items
- Willing to support line/service during peak hours

Job Duties
- Own restaurant performance including sales, labor, COGS, and budget
- Develop and execute local strategies to increase revenue
- Analyze operational performance and adjust tactics in real time
- Partner with headquarters for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead scheduling, service execution, and guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar leadership to optimize offerings
- Oversee audits, safety protocols, and compliance
- Hire, train, develop, and retain staff
- Mentor and promote future leaders
- Conduct employee reviews and coaching
- Foster a respectful and energetic work environment
- Represent the brand locally engaging with community and businesses
- Complete franchise certification and support openings
- Manage daily reporting, payroll, invoicing, and audits
- Maintain cash handling and ordering systems
- Communicate effectively via all channels
- Implement company policies and initiatives
