Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years experience in full-service restaurant management or related fields
  • Experience with multi-unit operation highly preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations overseeing both FOH and BOH teams
  • Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence
  • Manage scheduling training and onboarding new hires
  • Coach and mentor team identifying and developing future leaders
  • Uphold high standards for food quality monitor service and address guest feedback
  • Enforce adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Optimize staff schedules support budgeting inventory management and cost-saving initiatives
