Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capacity to lift and carry pet products up to 50 pounds
- willingness to engage with customers and pets positively
- prior experience in pet retail or related field is an advantage
- excellent verbal communication skills

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- passion for animals and commitment to pet well-being
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of pet products and care
Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service to pet parents and pets
- assist customers in selecting appropriate pet products and services
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- support pet care by educating customers on pet health and nutrition
- participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on pet care knowledge
- manage inventory and stock products as needed
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
