We are currently seeking an Airport Lounge General Manager for our prestigious airport lounge located at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL). This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards and smooth operation of the lounge, which offers passengers a relaxing and rejuvenating space while they await their flights. The General Manager position drives the overall management and operational oversight of the lounge, ensuring that the food quality, customer service, and financial targets are met or exceeded.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food operations, ensuring compliance with Sodexo's stringent food safety and quality protocols, and upholding the company’s standards for physical safety within the workspace. You will also be the central figure in developing strong client and customer relationships, motivating and coaching your team, and managing the financial aspects of running the lounge, including profit and loss statements, inventory control, and fiscal responsibilities. Your role will require an intricate understanding of the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverage management within upscale environments such as hotels and restaurants.

Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 5 years functional experience
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- proven food and beverage management within hotels, restaurants or other upscale dining venues
- strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- ability to direct and lead large teams
- manage multiple priorities
- demonstrate professional communication skills
- passion for a high-level of customer service
- knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financials, preparation and oversight
Job Duties
- have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
