Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of POS functionality
- Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, and other labor laws
- ServSafe Certification
Job Duties
- Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience
- Use operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, and inventory management to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage cash activities including daily deposits
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and promote brand standards
- Develop local store marketing plans and initiate community outreach
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing teams
