We are currently seeking a dedicated and purpose-driven General Manager to join our expanding Smoothie King team. This full-time role offers an annual salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 and the opportunity to work in person as a vital representative of the brand. The General Manager will lead operational and strategic efforts to create a highly productive environment focused on guest satisfaction, team motivation, and meeting corporate goals. Success in this role involves a blend of strong leadership, effective operational management, and a heartfelt commitment to our mission of inspiring healthy living.
As the ultimate ambassador of our brand, the General Manager will enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead their team to ensure every guest experience is extraordinary. The role demands utilizing various operational tools, including Profit and Loss Statements, Daily Business Reviews, and inventory management systems, to maintain operational excellence. Key responsibilities also include maintaining supplier relationships, managing cash activities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and promoting consistent store cleanliness and brand appearance.
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset and a bias towards action, ready to handle various challenges and seize improvement opportunities by reviewing store Key Performance Indicators regularly. They will also play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of company programs, developing local marketing plans including community outreach efforts, and recognizing and reinforcing team accomplishments through creative and effective methods.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of POS functionality
- Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, and other labor laws
- ServSafe Certification
