Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Knowledge of POS functionality
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, and other labor laws
  • ServSafe Certification

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience
  • Use operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, and inventory management to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage cash activities including daily deposits
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and promote brand standards
  • Develop local store marketing plans and initiate community outreach
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing teams
