Additionally, the General Manager ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies, and plays a key role in coordinating promotional activities and managing vendor relations. This is a full-time position demanding effective multitasking, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced retail food environment.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions
- ability to lift over 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment
- agility and physical stamina
- assist in training and development of new hires
- ability to work occasional long hours within legal limits
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- reliable transportation
- current ServSafe certification required or must obtain within 30 days
- food handler permit as required by local laws
- compliance with all local health department requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
- availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Achieve store financial targets including sales, labor, and food costs
- supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- maintain store security and safety
- manage inventory levels, waste control, and quality assurance
- oversee cash handling and timely financial reporting
- ensure compliance with store policies and relevant regulations
- coordinate promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
