The General Manager (GM) position at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants is a pivotal role that commands a high level of operational and financial oversight as well as human capital management. Reporting directly to the Area Director (AD), the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s performance including managing Managers and Hourly Team Members. The successful candidate for this position typically has the experience of an Assistant General Manager or prior Unit General Manager in a similar organization and has completed Apple II Management training. The role entails a broad scope of responsibilities including guest satisfaction, employee development, inventory control, safety and security, financial management, and community engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in business finance hospitality or hotel restaurant management or related discipline or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt friendly service according to company guidelines
- Builds a culture using the vision and mission statement to guide values
- Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- Ensures guest experience as a priority with 100 percent table visitation
- Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and builds positive relationships with local authorities
