The role of General Manager at Hardee's is a critical leadership position that oversees the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your role also includes ensuring the restaurant complies with all applicable company policies, safety and security regulations, and legal requirements. You will maintain the restaurant's facilities and equipment to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike. Flexibility is key, as you will need to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- strong financial and business acumen including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility
- excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability
- comfortable using computers and restaurant technology
- valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
