Job Description

At Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), SodexoMagic is seeking an experienced Airport Lounge General Manager to lead operations within its prestigious private airport lounges. These lounges serve as exclusive havens for travelers, offering comfort, relaxation, and rejuvenation before their next journey. The role demands a passionate leader and food enthusiast who is committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest. The General Manager will maintain high standards of food quality and service while managing overall business operations. The General Manager will oversee daily food operations ensuring a premium product and impeccable customer service. Success in this role depends on the ability to achieve financial targets in alignment with company and client goals. Building and sustaining strong client and customer relationships will be a critical component of the position, alongside developing, mentoring, and motivating frontline hourly staff to deliver excellence consistently. Effective leadership in this position requires expertise in profit and loss management, inventory control, and operational compliance with food safety and physical safety standards. Job Qualifications

  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
  • experience in financials, preparation and oversight
