Job Duties
- manage and direct all hotel operations to achieve financial goals and operational excellence
- lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
- drive guest satisfaction scores and maintain excellent customer service standards
- collaborate with brand representatives, ownership, and corporate support teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- implement and coordinate brand training programs for staff
- engage with community organizations and represent the hotel and company in local networking events
