The position offered is a club leadership role that oversees the overall operational and financial performance of the fitness club. As a leader, you will maintain managerial oversight of all departments within the club such as Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise, and Maintenance. Communication with department heads is key to monitoring and evaluating the performance and success of each area.

Job Duties
- Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of the club including profitability asset management accounting compliance member satisfaction sales personnel training employee development
- Maintain managerial oversight for all departments including Membership Sales Front Desk Personnel Personal Training Edge Kids Group Exercise and Maintenance
- Communicate regularly with department heads regarding performance of each department
- Understand company Mission Statement core values and culture lead by example hold employees accountable
- Work closely with department heads on hiring decisions for all club staff
