The position offered is a club leadership role that oversees the overall operational and financial performance of the fitness club. This includes ensuring the club's profitability, managing assets effectively, maintaining compliance with accounting procedures, and driving a high level of member satisfaction. The role involves substantial responsibility for sales, personnel training, and ongoing employee development to foster strong teams. As a leader, you will maintain managerial oversight of all departments within the club such as Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise, and Maintenance. Communication with department heads is key to monitoring and evaluating the performance and success of each area.
