Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of tequila mezcal and premium spirits
- Experience with P&L management and financial analysis
- Proficiency in restaurant software including POS and scheduling tools
- Must hold or be able to obtain RBS and Food Manager certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional guest service
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Capable of handling fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience with 2 years as General Manager in high-volume restaurant bar or hospitality venue
- Strong knowledge of tequila mezcal premium spirits and cocktail operations
- Proven experience managing labor food cost liquor cost and P&L performance
- Experience leading entertainment and music programs including DJs and live events
- Proficiency with Toast POS scheduling platforms reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Current California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain
- Excellent leadership communication organizational and guest-service skills
