Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
- Ability to work a minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts or 4 day workweek guaranteed
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing practices
- Familiarity with labor, health and sanitation laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer proficiency
- Ability to follow directions independently
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to company appearance and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Understanding of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Manage, train, monitor and coach crew, team members, carhops and skating carhops
- Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
- Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices
- Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
- Prepare employee work schedules and adjust staffing levels
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and place orders
- Maintain employment and payroll records
- Reinforce customer service mentality and resolve guest requests and complaints
- Interview and hire new crew and management team members
- Prepare operational reports and develop action plans
