You will be responsible for ensuring a great guest experience marked by speed, accuracy, and hospitality while managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including profit and loss control and sales forecasting. The General Manager plays a critical role in keeping the restaurant guest-ready, maintaining high food safety standards, and driving sales growth through creative marketing and community engagement initiatives.
