The General Manager role at Waxys Bar & Restaurant Group is a pivotal position responsible for the sustained success of one of the group’s restaurant locations. This leadership role requires overseeing every facet of restaurant operations, including purchasing food and beverages, implementing quality control, managing kitchen production, and ensuring overall cost control. The General Manager is also responsible for employee productivity, staff training, and the execution of the company’s marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Reporting to the Area Directors, Director of Operations, and the COO, the candidate will play a key role in achieving the restaurant’s gross sales and net income targets aligned with the group’s business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a high-volume restaurant and bar, coupled with a strong understanding of budgeting, profit and loss management, cost control, hiring and recruiting staff, and marketing.
