This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager who will play a crucial role in leading and growing the business. This role involves full ownership of the restaurant’s operations, including recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and daily business activities such as sales forecasting, profit and loss management, and scheduling. Chipotle supports its General Managers with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $77,500 per year, supplemented with quarterly cash bonuses based on performance.
