This full-time position plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from recruitment and hiring to ongoing training, performance management, and team motivation. The role demands an astute focus on both business management and people leadership, ensuring high standards of hospitality, food safety, and operational efficiency across the restaurant.

In this dynamic role, the General Manager will manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, profit and loss (P&L) management, sales forecasting, and guest satisfaction metrics. The manager is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of digital orders and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment that aligns with Chipotle’s brand values. Candidates will enjoy the opportunity to work a flexible schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership coverage during all key operating hours.

The role offers a competitive base pay range of $58,000 to $82,000, complemented by quarterly performance-based cash bonuses.
