The role of General Manager at Flynn Wendy's is integral to sustaining the quality and reputation of the Wendy's brand. The General Manager is responsible for leading a restaurant, mentoring and developing the team, and driving operational and financial success. This role involves instilling the Wendy's culture within the team, motivating employees to exceed customer expectations on every visit, and achieving operational excellence. The General Manager will oversee various aspects of restaurant management, including team leadership, customer service, food quality, labor management, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $44,472 to $65,000 per year plus profit sharing. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with a strong emphasis on drive-thru operations, preferably in national chains like Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, or Taco Bell. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with proven success in managing restaurant operations related to food quality, labor cost control, service excellence, food safety, sanitation, and overall cleanliness.
