We are currently seeking experienced General Managers to join our leadership team. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Successful candidates will be responsible for directing all aspects of restaurant management including staff supervision, inventory control, financial accountability, and maintaining high standards of product quality and customer service. This role demands a leader who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members are essential.

The General Manager will be entrusted with overseeing compliance with company policies and procedures, from product preparation and delivery to restaurant maintenance and repair. They will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled workforce that aligns with our company's values and goals. By interpreting Profit and Loss Statements and utilizing data analytics, the General Manager will identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance. This position requires at least six months of managerial experience within Popeyes or one year of General Manager experience in a similar concept, or a recommendation from the current Area Manager. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency with computers and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, ensuring a cohesive work environment and exceptional guest experience.
