You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and digital order fulfillment. Maintaining a clean, guest-ready dining environment and consistently upholding food safety standards are also critical to success in this position. General Managers work flexible schedules that include lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, ensuring leadership coverage across all operational hours.
